Zolten Ranch – Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Payments

• Pricing is based on group size:

- 1–3 riders: $75 per rider

- 4 or more riders: $50 per rider

• For other services (e.g., barn rentals, events), a 50% deposit of the total price is required at booking.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your visit.

Standard Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund available

• Less than 24 hours in advance, but canceled with 12+ hours notice: 50% refund

• Same-day cancellations, under 12 hours, or no-shows: ❌ No refund

• Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours’ notice, depending on availability.

Last-Minute Bookings (Within 24 Hours)

• If you book your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you have up to 12 hours after booking to cancel and receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made after 12 hours from the time of booking are non-refundable.

Group Adjustments

• Booked a Large Private Group Ride (4+ riders) and drop below 4? Your rate will change to $75 per rider.

• Booked a Small Private Group Ride (1–3 riders) and want to add more? Please let us know in advance so we can prepare additional horses and avoid delays.

• Changes made last minute may result in extra fees due to time, care, and horse prep.

Dress Code

• All riders must wear jeans and closed-toe shoes (boots preferred)

• Riders who arrive without proper attire may be refused service without a refund for safety reasons.
